Home Maintenance Intensive Cooper's Home Intensive Service Plan is designed to provide preventive pest and rodent control for your home, year round. The service plan includes four preventive services per year. Each service is unique and will be accompanied by a detailed 30-point inspection report, detailing our inspection findings as well as providing you with important recommendations for your home. Three of your services will focus on the exterior of the structure where most pest problems originate. If you are not home during the service we will leave the 30-point inspection report for your review. The winter service will focus on the interior of the structure and is geared towards rodents and other pests that may live within the structure. For clients looking for a more economical option, we offer our Home Traditional Service Plan. If you choose the Traditional Service Plan you have the ability to upgrade your service to the Intensive Service Plan, at anytime in the future, should you wish to do so. The Home Traditional Service Plan is a substantial value for the homeowner that does not want to be bothered by crawling insects, mice and wasps. Your Traditional Service Plan provides preventive pest and rodent control for your home, year round. As part of your service, you will receive four services per year. Each year you will receive three exterior maintenance services (March - November) and one interior service (December - February). If you are not home during any of your exterior services we will leave a copy of our service record for your review. Pesticides will only be applied inside the structure on an "as needed basis". There are some exclusions in the Traditional Service plan to keep costs down. In many homes the excluded services are never needed. Should one of the excluded pests become a problem, you may incur an additional charge at discounted rates up to 50% depending on the type of pest problem. Additionally, Cooper provides specialty services that can be added to this plan. However, most common pest problems are covered under the terms of this agreement.
